Our billet aluminum pistol chassis are the ultimate choice for the hunter or marksman who want the very best. We start with a 15lb block of 6061 T6 aluminum carving a work of art to a finished weight of 4.4lbs.
The bedding area is precision milled to provide a stable and repeatable foundation for your action. We use all factory mounting points, so modification of your action is not required. All chassis are furnished with stainless steel mounting hardware. We use a free float barrel design milled for a straight “Bull” barrel. The front cavity is hollow to allow the addition of weight to tune your chassis to you. By filling the cavity with lead shotgun shot you can add up to 6lbs of ballast. The ballast in shot form acts like an anti-recoil device(think shot filled mallet). Customer reports show dramatic reduction in movement when bench rest shooting. The advantage of little to no recoil allows you to fire the gun, and be able to watch the bullet impact the target just like a rifle. This is very beneficial to large caliber builds.
The modular design allows you to customize your pistol. Both cavity side plates and trigger guard are removable allowing them to be painted, anodized, or powder coated independently of the main body for an individualized look. All pistol chassis are drilled and tapped to be upgraded with a butt stock adapter.

XP-100 Gen II chassis completed
Finished the first run of XP-100 in the Gen II design. One of the first customers wanted a 3″ fore end for bench rest use. The added width was achieved with extended side plates. The added cavity volume allows 9lbs of lead shot to be added for recoil reduction.
